Vintage Inc. was created by its parent company Planned Development
& Construction in 2003. After 13 years in the building
industry PDC realized the need for a "one stop shop"
for the ultra luxury home building business. Since its creation,
Vintage has remained true to the work ethic of Planned Development;
that is that quality is in the details of our business and
that any and all projects we take on will be, without compromise,
the best. It sounds ambitious. It is. But that is our commitment
to ourselves and our clients.
With our detailed architects, our skillful construction managers,
and creative designers, we are able to draw from your ideas
and without a third party, seamlessly collaborate on projects.
